Jennifer Osborne, Founder and Teacher

Jennifer was introduced to yoga after a back surgery and  chronic pain due to arthritis.  She became passionate about the positive effects yoga had on her body and took the next step to becoming a teacher to start helping others with stress and chronic pain.  Jennifer also followed her interest in Pilates by becoming a Balanced Body 500 Hour Comprehensive Instructor.  Her group classes have a focus on alignment and breath.  A focus on getting the body aligned helps to make the body more efficient.  She teaches group classes as well as private sessions.  Jennifer is a 500 Hour RYT, holds a Reiki Master Certificate, and is an A.C.E. certified group fitness instructor.

Diane Cole

Diane is a registered nurse at The Veterans Administration Hospital in Florida and is honored that she gets to give veterans the care they need. She is also a 200-hour level yoga instructor, and has found time and time again that yoga offers her sanctuary and a safe space to find balance. Diane aims to make her classes fun and enjoyable, and also wants to give students that same sense of security that she feels when she’s practicing.

Katy Dori-Roberts

Katy was born and raised in Texas, but has spent her life in various places like California, New York City and Israel. She is inspired by working with communities of all sizes and abilities and loves to focus on the benefits of yoga as a soothing practice versus an intense workout. Her favorite types of classes to teach are Hatha-style and restorative.

Kelly LaBuda

Kelly is an elementary school art teacher by trade and enjoys being active. She enjoys practicing yoga that allows for mindfulness and being kind/gentle to oneself. Her fluid and dynamic vinyasa class offers great focus on linking breath with movement. Intuitive movement and energetic grounding is encouraged throughout the class to melt away stress and feel a “joie de vivre.” All levels should feel welcome in Kelly’s classes.
